This is a limited edition of only 1500 models of the Lancia/Ferrari D50 as raced by Peter Collins in the French Grand Prix 1956. The race was won by Collins in a very close finish, after battling with the highly successful Maserati 250F's of Fangio and Moss and the underdog Vanwall.
