Description

1957 Jaguar D Type #3 1:18 scale Le Mans winner.

This is a brand new ‘kirbside’ model of the Jaguar D Type ‘Long Nose’ entered in the Le Mans 24 hour race by the Ecurie Ecosse (Scottish Racing) team. Driven by Roy Flockhart and Ivor Bueb, both driver’s were previous winner of the 24 hour race and it was Jaguar’s 3rd win in a row and 5th in six years, a quite incredible achievement. In 1957 Jaguar took the first four places with the D Type, also finishing 6th!

There are surprisingly few models of the famous car, Diecast Legends teamed up with Tecnomodel to produce just 100 of this D Type, all sold out, I have one for sale. The model sits on a base with a plaque detailing the model and it’s limited edition number -/100. Brand new model with original box.
