Delivery charges, Damages and Returns
I want my customer to have piece of mind that their purchase arrives in perfect condition and provide a personal service. Shipping cost are kept to a minimum. UK Scottish Highlands, UK Islands, and Northern Ireland will incur additional shipping costs, please contact me for a price before purchasing. Framed art is collection only.
The price is the same for 2 or 3 models withing 10kg’s, so there is a considerable saving if you are buying more than one item.
Also if you buy a display case for your model the postage is the same as for just the model. Display cases purchases seperately will have thier own shipping charge.
Please note it is my policy not to ship to third party global cargo/shipping companies, orders will be cancelled and Paypal and related fees will be deducted from the refund.
Import duties and related delays are the responsibility of the customer.
For 1:8 scale models should ideally be collected. I am happy to arrange a handover delivery/meet in England by prior arrangement.

Prints: Sent rolled in a cardboard tube, more than one print can be sent in one tube (please be aware that rolled prints will need a couple of days laid flat before hanging). Only small framed art can be shipped, larger framed art/prints are collection only.

International shipping – This will be considerably more than UK standard rates so please contact me for a price before purchasing. Import duties will apply at point of entry into your country.
You can collect any items for free, from me, near York by prior arrangement.
Returns must be notified within 7 working days and be returned in perfect condition with all items and original packaging in undamaged condition. The purchaser will be required to pay the return postage and ensure safe return, Paypal fees charged to me for your original payment cannot now be returned and therefore will have to be deducted from any refund amount.
If an item has been damaged in transit you must notify me within 24 hours of receipt from the courier, with photo’s of the damage and packaging so I can make a claim with the shipping company. Damages reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Please note deposits taken on built to order models are now 50%. This deposit cannot be refunded as the model will still be built and I will need to sell elsewhere possibly for a lower price.
Payment by Paypal – Due to Paypal changing their terms and condition, they now keep the transaction fee when a refund is made. Where the refund if not the fault of Revilo Classic Models or anything beyond it’s control the transaction charge cannot be refunded which is around 4% of the invoice value. Please pay by bank transfer where ever possible as all card payments are currently processed by Paypal. I am looking to change to a different card transaction provided as a result of this change.
